Direct contacts
People who write to you on WhatsApp or through the Profile do not go through the booking platforms. We count them, without promising how many.

The team changes with the season. The written answers stay.
- Someone who joins mid-season does not have to know the answers by heart; at peak times, the assistant answers at any hour.
- In the first week, we write the season's questions with you, in Portuguese and in English.
A person who signs

A gate is the point where a person checks something before it is published in your name. In each client's first month, everything goes through the gate. After that, by sampling, and sampling goes back up as soon as a defect appears.

Prices in euros, with Portuguese VAT included; outside Portugal, the invoice follows the VAT rules that apply to the client's country. We do not promise map position or citation in AI answers: they depend on whoever decides them.

Frequently asked questions
The booking platforms already reply. Why this?
They reply inside the platforms. The assistant replies to people who contact you directly. It does not replace the platforms.
Does the assistant pretend to be a person?
No. It says it is AI in its first message and offers to connect the guest with a person.
Who replies to reviews?
With Presence, agents write and a person verifies at the gate. Reviews are never bought or filtered.
What about other languages, such as Spanish?
The published package covers Portuguese and English. Another language is done by written proposal.
Are WhatsApp costs included?
The message costs charged by Meta are separate.
